AI Training for Central Government Employees

AI is entering file processing, grievance redressal, scheme monitoring, and policy analysis across central ministries. Officers need to understand these tools well enough to use them, question them, and govern them.

Our programmes are designed to complement existing capacity building efforts under the government's civil services training framework.

Who it is for

Officers of the All India Services, Central Services, and Central Secretariat Service, along with officers in attached and subordinate offices.

Programme tracks

Foundation track

For all officers. What AI is, how generative AI tools work, safe everyday use, and handling of official information.

Policy track

For officers who draft rules, schemes, or regulations. AI risk, accountability, sector regulation, and international approaches.

Implementation track

For officers running digital projects. Use case selection, data readiness, procurement, monitoring, and evaluation.

Leadership track

For Joint Secretary level and above. Strategy, institutional change, and inter-ministerial coordination.

Formats

In-person workshops, online modules, and blended programmes. We can align sessions with the calendars of ministries and central training institutes.
