AI Training for State Government Employees

Most citizens meet the government at the district, block, or municipal office. That is where AI in governance will succeed or fail.

Our state programmes train officials who work closest to the public.

Who it is for

State civil service officers, district administration staff, officials in state departments, urban local bodies, and panchayati raj institutions.

What participants learn

  • AI basics explained in plain language, in the participant's own language where possible.
  • Using AI tools safely for drafting, translation, and data summaries.
  • How AI can support scheme delivery, land records, public health, and education.
  • Recognising errors and bias in AI outputs before they affect citizens.
  • Protecting personal data under India's data protection law.

How we work with states

We partner with state administrative training institutes and IT departments to design programmes that match local priorities.

We also train master trainers so states can continue the programme on their own.
